Invoices

The Invoicing section in AML Pulse provides a centralized platform for creating, managing, and issuing invoices to customers. It streamlines the invoicing process and ensures the accuracy and compliance of financial records.

Creating an Invoice

To create a new invoice, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Invoicing section and click the “Create Invoice” button.

  2. Enter the customer’s details, including their name, address, and contact information.

  3. Add the invoice date, due date, and payment terms.

  4. List the products or services provided, including their descriptions, quantities, and unit prices.

  5. Apply any applicable taxes, such as VAT or GST.

  6. Calculate the total invoice amount, including taxes.

  7. Review the invoice details for accuracy and completeness.

  8. Click the “Save” button to generate the invoice.

Receipt Summary

Once the invoice is generated, a receipt summary is displayed, providing a concise overview of the invoice details, including:

  • Invoice number: A unique identifier for the invoice.

  • Invoice date: The date the invoice was created.

  • Due date: The date by which the invoice payment is due.

  • Customer name: The name of the customer to whom the invoice is addressed.

  • Total amount: The total amount payable, including taxes.

  • Payment status: Indicates whether the invoice has been paid or not.

Payment Recording

Once the customer has paid the invoice, you can record the payment in AML Pulse. To do this:

  1. Locate the invoice in the Invoicing section.

  2. Click the “Record Payment” button.

  3. Enter the payment date, payment amount, and payment method.

  4. Click the “Save” button to update the invoice payment status.

Invoice Management

AML Pulse provides a comprehensive invoice management system, allowing you to:

  • View and edit invoices

  • Filter and search invoices based on various criteria

  • Download invoices as PDF files

  • Send invoices via email

  • Track invoice payment status

  • Generate reports on invoice history and payment trends
